Lindsey Benoit O’Connell, CSCS, has been working in the health, wellness and meditation industry for over 20 years. She is a NASM certified fitness trainer, 305 Fitness instructor, and Unplug meditation teacher.
Throughout her career, she has worked with huge wellness brands like Women's Health, Cosmopolitan, Good Housekeeping, and SELF magazines, as well as leaders in the wellness space including Arianna Huffington, Gabby Bernstein and more.
She launched The LAB Wellness with the mission is to make fitness and meditation attainable for everyone at any stage.
