About THE FOUNDER

Lindsey Benoit O’Connell is a certified meditation teacher, sound healer, breathwork facilitator, and the founder of The LAB Wellness and Elevate Mindfully. With over 20 years of experience in the health, wellness, and mindfulness space, Lindsey brings a unique blend of science-backed strategy, intuitive teaching, and seriously feel-good vibes to everything she does.


She’s a NASM-certified fitness trainer, CSCS, 305 Fitness instructor, and Unplug Meditation teacher—and currently serves as the resident meditation expert for Woman’s Day Magazine, where she shares breathwork, mindfulness tools, and meditations with a nationwide audience.

Before launching her wellness platforms, Lindsey was a media executive working at iconic brands like Good Housekeeping, Women’s Health, Cosmopolitan, SELF, and more. She produced Arianna Huffington’s and  Gabby Bernstein’s podcast, and ran social media strategy for major wellness brands like WeightWatchers.


Her company, The LAB Wellness, is on a mission to make movement, meditation, and mindfulness accessible and attainable for every body at every stage. From weekly sound baths and group classes to intuitive life coaching, private sessions, and high-vibe corporate workshops for clients like Meta, Bright Horizons, and FitPros—Lindsey creates experiences that empower people to find calm, build confidence, and reconnect with their purpose.


She also recently launched Elevate Mindfully, a lifestyle editorial site dedicated to mindful productivity, wellness, and purpose-driven living.
