Whether you’d like to offer this to your team once a week or 5-days a week, The LAB will create personalized guided meditations that speak to your team directly. You’ll receive meditations specifically designed to touch upon key passion points that you want to bring to your employees including: focus, creativity, stress management, focus, mindfulness, and more. This program is designed to fit into your schedule.
In this session, employees get an intro to meditation course helping them understand all that goes into the practice. They'll learn a little about the history and science behind meditation, in addition to the different types and ways to turn your practice into a consistent habit. Then, we’ll teach 4 different breathwork techniques to use any time to bring calm, increase focus and reduce anxiety—including one you can do in 16 seconds! Then, experience a personalized closing guided meditation to end the session.
In addition to guided meditations, The LAB also offers sound bath experiences. Sound baths are a fully immersive meditation experience that use sound frequency to bring you calm, reduce anxiety, work through mental blocks, and in some cases relieve tension and discomfort in the body. You hear a series of instruments including crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, rainsticks and more. This is often a nice weekly or monthly addition to a guided practice.
